1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Better Goals🎯 ("Application") available on the Atlassian Marketplace. By purchasing and using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Application.

2. License Grant

Upon your purchase of a license from the Atlassian Marketplace, Goose Wrappers grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the Application, solely for your internal business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

a. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Application; b. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Application; c. Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your rights in the Application; d. Use the Application for any illegal, unauthorized, or otherwise harmful activities; e. Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Application.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Application, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are owned by Goose Wrappers or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any ownership rights to you.

5 Updates and Support

Goose Wrappers may provide updates, bug fixes, and enhancements to the Application at its discretion. Support for the Application will be provided through the Atlassian Marketplace or as otherwise specified by Goose Wrappers.

6. Termination

Goose Wrappers may terminate your license to use the Application at any time if you breach any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the Application and delete all copies from your systems.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Goose Wrappers or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application.

9. Changes to These Terms

Goose Wrappers may update these Terms from time to time. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. By continuing to use the Application after the changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
